giftsuigifts provides professional flower bed and balcony setup services. As a service-based business, our return policy differs from traditional product returns. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding service cancellations, modifications, and related matters.

Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are as follows:

• More than 48 hours before service: Full refund or rescheduling available
• 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund or rescheduling available
• Less than 24 hours before service: No refund, but rescheduling may be available at our discretion

Service Modifications

We understand that project requirements may change. If you need to modify your service order:

• Contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date
• Modifications are subject to availability and may affect pricing
• We will work with you to accommodate reasonable changes whenever possible

Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We are committed to addressing concerns and will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include:

• Service adjustments or corrections
• Partial refunds in appropriate circumstances
• Additional service at no extra charge when warranted

Plant and Material Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of plants and materials used in our installations:

• Plants are guaranteed for 30 days from installation date, provided proper care instructions are followed
• If a plant fails within the guarantee period due to quality issues, we will replace it at no additional cost
• Guarantee does not cover damage due to neglect, extreme weather, or improper care

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
